HomeWell will invest in a part of your home equity. In exchange, HomeWell will give you cash to build an ADU. You can get up to $350,000, depending on your home equity.

Enjoy your ADU with no monthly payments

There are no monthly payments, ever. And you maintain control over your home and ADU, always.

Eliminate debt and build a nest egg

Rent your ADU to earn income or use it to avoid paying rent, leasing office space, paying medical/childcare costs and save!

Repay when it’s convenient

You can buy back your equity any time during the 7-year term, typically by a refinance, home loan, or sale. There is no penalty if you buy back early.

Repay in proportion to your increased equity

At the end of the 7-years, or earlier if you choose, your buyback cost will depend on your home value—the cost will be the amount you received plus a portion of your home’s appreciation since partnering with HomeWell.
